1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
2. Demonstrate up-to-date product knowledge, techniques and trends to educate and inspire clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client engagement.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the retail space is clean, organized and welcoming.
5. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that promotes openness and exceptional client service.
6. Adhere to company policies to create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
2. Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable providing one-to-one consultations.
4. Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
