Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.

- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship building.

- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a demonstrable desire to empower client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
- Comfort with physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
