Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship management.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming salesfloor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant client advice.
- Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum shift/hour expectations for Flex scheduling.
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client-focused environment preferred.
- A genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
