Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding sales goals, conversion targets and other KPIs.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies and customer service standards.
7. Be available to work flexible shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product expertise.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours for a Flex schedule.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level position; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service ability and sales aptitude are beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
