Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to enhance client confidence and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance lines, educating clients on application, benefits and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice and maintain client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support inventory control, merchandising standards and visual presentation to ensure an inviting, organised sales floor.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing contexts.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients discover products that build confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Team-oriented mindset; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing duties for extended periods.

Entry-level — previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrable customer-service aptitude and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary study or certification in cosmetology, esthetics or a related field considered an asset.
