Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
2. Demonstrate and teach product knowledge, techniques and trends to educate clients and drive repeat business.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
4. Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand retail environment.
5. Work collaboratively within a team to foster an inclusive, client-focused store culture and uphold company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
2. Passion for beauty products, current trends and a desire to empower client confidence.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt tone and approach to diverse clientele.
4. Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and contribute to team sales performance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.
