1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Operate reliably within assigned schedule requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift/hour thresholds.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing role preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
4. Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in a goal‑driven environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods.
