1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that align with each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.

Entry-level position; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer service and sales aptitude is advantageous.
