1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application, ingredients and routines.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
4. Maintain visual standards: support merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment and a clean, organized sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
7. Adhere to scheduled shifts, provide reliable attendance and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong customer-service aptitude will be considered.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and meet the role’s minimum weekly hours.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
