Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver expert, personalised consultations on makeup, skincare and fragrance in accordance with Sephora’s service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Greet and attend customers to company grooming and uniform standards; proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales and KPIs.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately, apply promotional and CRM policies correctly, and support cash-handling procedures to safeguard store cash.
- Maintain and replenish product displays and tester stations to Sephora visual standards; ensure shelves and storage areas are clean and merchandised following seasonal directives.
- Perform stock functions including receiving, returns and regular inventory counts; apply FIFO and near-expiry control to minimise shrinkage and comply with 5S principles.
- Complete mandatory brand and store training; participate in team learning, share product knowledge and contribute to individual development plans.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by store management and adhere strictly to company policies and operational procedures.

Entry-level role; prior retail or beauty sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates with 0–2 years in cosmetics, hospitality or customer-facing retail will be well suited.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is a plus.
