1. Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual beauty needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and provide clear education on application techniques, ingredients and product use.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to inform clients.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and contribute to a team culture of openness and respect.
7. Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and create a secure, welcoming shopping experience.
8. Maintain flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ensure punctual attendance.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships (retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred).
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
5. Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share detailed product knowledge.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
7. Availability to meet required weekly shift minimums and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
