1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Educate and demonstrate product usage across categories including makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, product launches and application techniques.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and store targets.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
7. Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to cover peak retail operations.

1. Entry‑level; prior retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4. Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a willingness to learn and share expertise.
5. Reliable availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts for a part‑time schedule.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
