Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s skin type, preferences and lifestyle.

- Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fast learner able to absorb and share product information effectively.
- Availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for a part-time schedule (15–29 hrs/week) and work peak hours.
Entry-level role; prior retail or client-service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and adapt quickly in a high‑volume retail setting.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
