1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
4. Maintain store standards: merchandising, inventory support, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
5. Stay current with industry trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.

1. Proven customer-service ability in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles; prior beauty retail experience preferred.
2. Passion for beauty products, trends, and delivering confidence-enhancing client experiences.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clients.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays, and consistent punctuality.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks on the sales floor.
