1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
2. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive selling and clienteling.
3. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen routines.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory control and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to provide relevant advice.
6. Work collaboratively with the store team to promote an inclusive environment and uphold company policies and safety standards.
7. Maintain reliable attendance and be available for retail peak periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable tailoring recommendations to diverse clientele.
4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
5. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly and share it with clients.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods.
7. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is expected.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
