- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

- Passion for beauty, product trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment and adapt quickly to product training.
- Availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for a part-time schedule and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
