Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Lead and motivate a team of Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store department, including staffing, scheduling and task allocation.
- Drive sales performance through active selling, coaching on KPIs and implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Ensure store presentation and merchandising adhere to Sephora brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Coach and develop team members through feedback, training and participation in company development programmes.
- Proven experience supervising or managing a retail team (minimum several-person team).
- Track record of delivering against sales targets and working with sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to coach and develop retail staff and to apply company selling standards.
- Makeup application skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of retail experience with demonstrable people-management or team-leading responsibilities, preferably within beauty or luxury retail.
