Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to deliver constructive feedback and foster open dialogue.
- Commitment to coaching and continuous learning to cultivate team capability and accountability.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shift, and handle/apply beauty products (with or without accommodation).

Proven track record as an assistant store manager or equivalent in high‑volume retail environments, with demonstrable results in driving sales, developing teams, and executing operational priorities.
