Sephora Assistant Product Coordination Project Manager (Internship)

1. Support preparation and execution of product campaigns by collecting, validating and centralising product information from Offer teams and brand partners.
2. Ensure product availability and data consistency across activations and sales channels.
3. Coordinate receipt and distribution of visual assets and packshots to internal teams (studio, social, CRM, PR) and manage asset uploads in designated tools while enforcing embargoes.
4. Supervise receipt of merchandising mock‑ups and organise merchandising tests with cross‑functional teams; create missing materials to guarantee flawless activations.
5. Manage end‑to‑end product flows including reception, storage, staging, returns and tracking of product loans across teams.
6. Actively propose and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration with brands and internal stakeholders.

1. Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s, business school or equivalent).
2. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
3. High degree of rigour, organisation and proactivity.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
6. Curiosity, benevolence and a collaborative team spirit.
7. Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
