Sephora Assistant Product Coordination Project Manager (Internship)

- Support preparation and execution of product campaigns by collecting, validating and centralising product information from Offer teams and brand partners.
- Ensure product availability and data consistency across activations and sales channels.
- Coordinate receipt and distribution of visual assets and packshots to internal teams (studio, social, CRM, PR) and manage asset uploads in designated tools while enforcing embargoes.
- Supervise receipt of merchandising mock‑ups and organise merchandising tests with cross‑functional teams; create missing materials to guarantee flawless activations.
- Manage end‑to‑end product flows including reception, storage, staging, returns and tracking of product loans across teams.
- Actively propose and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration with brands and internal stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s, business school or equivalent).
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- High degree of rigour, organisation and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Curiosity, benevolence and a collaborative team spirit.
- Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
