Sephora Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Growth

- Lead and execute regional eCommerce campaigns across Southeast Asia, coordinating planning, timing and deliverables with cross‑country stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
- Define campaign targets and KPIs, establish reporting cadence, and continuously monitor performance to implement corrective actions or optimisation plans.
- Conduct rigorous post‑mortem analyses of campaigns and events to extract actionable insights and feed learnings into future plans.
- Own Ecommerce growth strategy, marketing calendar and social media initiatives for the Philippines market, tailoring activations to local consumer behaviour.
- Manage sales forecasting, performance reporting and budget/spend tracking in alignment with the financial calendar for Sephora Philippines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, merchandising, marketplace and local country teams) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Drive data‑led initiatives to improve conversion, AOV and channel profitability through testing and iterative improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Ecommerce with demonstrable success in driving online sales and growth.
- Proven analytical capability with experience setting KPIs, interpreting campaign data and translating insights into strategic actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills, including work with international teams.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and timelines.
- Experience developing marketing calendars and executing social media strategies for ecommerce.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in Ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales and growth and working with cross‑functional, international teams. Experience managing regional campaigns and executing localized strategies (particularly for the Philippines market) is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
