Sephora Asset Protection Team Lead

1. Serve as a trainer for new Loss Prevention Agents and assist in their development.
2. Work with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft and ensure adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards.
3. Support the hiring process and conduct OPEX evaluations as required.
4. Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs and review exception reports and cash variances.
5. Act as a witness to internal interviews and prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the DLPM.
6. Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes and conduct Store Tours with leadership teams.
7. Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district and assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
8. Conduct Agent onboarding and attend District meetings and cast cluster trainings in the absence of the DLPM.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Intermediate computer skills.
4. High School diploma or equivalent.
5. Ability to travel within the district and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
6. Current licensing requirements as per provincial or local jurisdiction.

CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr
