Sephora Asset Protection Partner

1. Protect store assets through proactive floor surveillance, CCTV monitoring and deterrence of external theft.
2. Apprehend or deter suspected shoplifters in accordance with applicable law and Sephora policies; preserve evidence and prepare detailed incident, recovery and audit reports.
3. Collaborate with store leadership, District Loss Prevention Manager, mall security and local law enforcement; provide testimony in criminal or civil proceedings when required.
4. Develop and deliver new-hire and ongoing loss-prevention training for store staff; provide in‑the‑moment coaching to maintain compliance and reduce shrinkage.
5. Perform store self-audits, checklists and safety inspections; communicate findings and partner on corrective action and inventory-preparation procedures.
6. Contribute to the design and execution of shrinkage-prevention plans and operational controls across multiple store locations.

1. Minimum 3 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Satisfy and maintain any provincially or locally required licensing for security or loss-prevention work.
3. Strong written and verbal communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills; ability to provide coaching under pressure.
4. Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays and willingness to work across multiple locations within the market.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock‑handling and physical inspections.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
