Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Safeguard store assets and contribute to a secure, inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a visible presence on the selling floor (approximately 75–80% of shift) to deter theft and support service.
- Monitor CCTV and other reporting tools to identify, investigate and document incidents of loss or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement shrink-reduction and safety initiatives.
- Lead or participate in meetings and trainings to reinforce asset protection protocols and safety awareness.
- De-escalate incidents professionally while prioritizing client and employee safety and preserving the client experience.
- Conduct audits, prepare asset-protection reports and ensure compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple locations as required and represent the company in external proceedings, including testifying in court if necessary.
- 1–2 years' experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection or loss prevention.
- Working knowledge of retail shrink, loss-prevention principles and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage sensitive incidents with professionalism.
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.

1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention with demonstrable understanding of retail shrink and safety practices.
