1. Identify and report theft or company policy violations committed by employees to direct supervisor.
2. Observe, apprehend, or deter individuals committing external theft.
3. Review exception reports and inventory reporting to detect dishonest activity.
4. Assist with internal investigations and interviews.
5. Ensure strict compliance with laws and Sephora policies concerning investigations, apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Conduct physical surveillance on the production floor and through CCTV systems.
7. Testify in court for cases involving the company.
8. Participate in inventory processes and shrink reduction plans.
9. Train warehouse associates and promote Loss Prevention awareness.
10. Perform checklists and audits, communicating findings with leadership.
11. Develop professional relationships with warehouse personnel, Loss Prevention staff, and local law enforcement.
12. Serve as a trainer and mentor for new and existing Agents and Security Guard staff.
13. Review and approve Security Guard staff schedules.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Intermediate computer skills.
3. Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
4. Aptitude to de-escalate volatile situations.
5. Capacity to work independently.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
