1. Ensure manual scheduling of workshops by generating Manufacturing Orders.
2. Utilize, maintain, and enhance automated scheduling systems.
3. Maintain weekly communication with 'Forecast & Planning' partners.
4. Identify and report discrepancies to optimize scheduling processes.
5. Create manufacturing ranges for products.
6. Collaborate with project leads to define new scheduling processes to meet service objectives.
7. Use analytical tools to optimize stock coverage.
8. Manage urgent package declarations and transfers to the 'Shipping' department.
9. Resolve blockages at preparation stations.
10. Address issues related to automated stock management.
11. Redirect shipments in case of transport mode changes or priority shifts.
12. Provide parts to internal clients.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management and/or logistics.
2. CFC / Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Team-oriented, communicative, and approachable.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other scheduling tools.

A minimum of five years in production management or logistics is required.

CFC / Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent.
