1. Formulate project needs and define objectives for equipment and packaging industrialization.
2. Propose concepts aligned with project goals and sustainable development.
3. Draft detailed project specifications.
4. Coordinate actions with the project team.
5. Facilitate regular project meetings.
6. Develop and monitor project schedules.
7. Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
9. Provide regular project reporting to management and relevant teams.
10. Coordinate meetings with industrial partners.

1. HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
2. Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects in equipment and packaging.
3. Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, synthesis, and effective communication.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and a team player.

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in equipment and packaging.

HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
