Rolex is seeking a Production Manager in Geneva, Switzerland, to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree and proven management experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a production sector to achieve manufacturing objectives, ensuring quality, quantity, cost, and timeline targets are met.
  • Communicate company goals and set individual objectives for team members.
  • Guide, support, and motivate staff to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages communication, trust, and team cohesion.
  • Enhance relationships with internal interfaces to drive progress and innovation.
  • Organize and oversee operational reviews within workshops to ensure efficiency.
  • Deliver expected products while adhering to quality, health, safety, and cost requirements.
  • Contribute to the industrial vision and manage strategic projects within the roadmap.
  • Continuously improve work organization and production flows, anticipating operational changes and constraints.
  • Promote collaboration and cooperation with other departments and divisions.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in management within an industrial environment.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Natural leadership, listening skills, and empathy.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Managerial courage and situational intelligence.

Experience

Confirmed experience in management within an industrial setting, with a focus on change management.

Education

Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent).
