Rolex Production Improvement Intern (Microtechnology / Assembly Processes)

- Consolidate and synthesize all available data related to screw fastening and assembly processes.
- Undertake an audit comparing current practices with best-practice recommendations.
- Formulate practical recommendations to improve assembly quality, efficiency or robustness.
- Support the implementation of selected improvement measures and monitor initial results.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
- Knowledge of surface chemistry is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to synthesize technical information and produce clear, actionable conclusions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, proactive and attentive to operational detail with good interpersonal ease.

No specific prior professional experience is required; previous internships or laboratory/manufacturing experience in microtechnology, precision mechanics or materials testing is advantageous.
Enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or a closely related discipline.
