1. Support preparation meetings and planning for university-facing events and forums.
2. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Manage day‑of logistics and play a key role in on‑site coordination.
4. Contribute to post‑event debriefs and propose continuous improvement actions.
5. Prepare statistics, event reports and performance summaries for each activity.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Proven organisational rigour, autonomy and methodical work habits.
4. Strong team spirit, proactive mindset and a service orientation.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.

Internship level: candidate should be a current Bachelor Hospitality Management student. Prior experience in events or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
