Rolex Financial Controller

1. Support cross-functional company projects, including the implementation of new ERP systems and analysis of regulatory or organizational changes.
2. Contribute to the development of management tools such as ERP, reporting, and KPIs.
3. Address ad-hoc financial impact assessments for partner departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, and Communication & Image.
4. Create decision-support tools (BI) to facilitate monitoring and decision-making processes.
5. Participate in the optimization of internal financial processes.

1. University degree in Business Management, HEC or HEG preferred.
2. Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent.
3. Proven experience of over 3 years in a similar role within the industry is advantageous.
4. Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving partner departments.

1. Proficiency in producing reports and in-depth analyses using management tools.
2. Expertise in MS Excel, including complex functions and pivot tables.
3. Knowledge of ERP SAP S/4 and Tableau software is an asset.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and client-oriented approach.
7. Organized, conscientious, and proactive.
8. Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Over 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within the industry.

University degree in Business Management, HEC or HEG preferred.
