Richemont is hiring a Stock and Back Office Executive in Riyadh, KSA — manage inventory, reconciliations and back-office operations for a luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliations between physical stock and system data.
- Process inbound and outbound stock movements, including goods receiving, quality checks, put-away and internal transfers.
- Manage back-office tasks: update stock in the ERP/POS, prepare shipping documentation, and process supplier invoices and returns.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions to minimise shrinkage.
- Support store operations by organising the stockroom, ensuring merchandising availability and assisting on ad-hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate or diploma in logistics/retail/business is advantageous.
- 1–3 years’ proven experience in inventory control, stock management or retail back-office operations; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured retail environment and to collaborate with store management and logistics partners.

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in stock control, inventory management or retail back-office roles; prior work within a luxury or premium retail environment is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in logistics, retail management or business administration preferred but not mandatory.
