Richemont Stock and Back Office Executive

Richemont is a global luxury goods group composed of several prestigious maisons active in jewellery, watches and high-end accessories. 1. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliations between physical stock and system data.
2. Process inbound and outbound stock movements, including goods receiving, quality checks, put-away and internal transfers.
3. Manage back-office tasks: update stock in the ERP/POS, prepare shipping documentation, and process supplier invoices and returns.
4. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions to minimise shrinkage.
5. Support store operations by organising the stockroom, ensuring merchandising availability and assisting on ad-hoc administrative projects.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate or diploma in logistics/retail/business is advantageous.
2. 1–3 years’ proven experience in inventory control, stock management or retail back-office operations; luxury retail experience preferred.
3. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a structured retail environment and to collaborate with store management and logistics partners.

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in stock control, inventory management or retail back-office roles; prior work within a luxury or premium retail environment is an asset.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in logistics, retail management or business administration preferred but not mandatory.
