Richemont Spare Parts Demand Planner

- Manage inventory levels of watch, jewelry, and pen components through negotiation and coordination with brand headquarters.
- Forecast demand and optimize inventory for repair parts within Japan, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
- Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and regularly maintain its parameters.
- Replenish inventory for items not covered by MRP.
- Respond to inquiries from the market and related departments regarding part pricing, stock status, master data, and discontinued items.
- Coordinate with brand headquarters on component-related matters.
- Collaborate with local brands on statistical topics related to parts.
- Manage delivery schedules for backorders.
- Monitor and analyze statistical KPIs, reporting issues and implementing improvements.
- University degree or equivalent
- Business experience (recent graduates considered)
- Experience in luxury brand business or watch industry preferred
- Technical knowledge of luxury consumer goods such as watches, jewelry, and pens preferred
- Statistical knowledge and analytical thinking ability
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (ability to use functions like IF, XLOOKUP)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Customer-oriented team player

- Interest in repair techniques for watches, jewelry, and pens
Relevant business experience, with a preference for those familiar with the luxury brand or watch industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
