1. Manage inventory levels of watch, jewelry, and pen components through negotiation and coordination with brand headquarters.
2. Forecast demand and optimize inventory for repair parts within Japan, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
3. Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and regularly maintain its parameters.
4. Replenish inventory for items not covered by MRP.
5. Respond to inquiries from the market and related departments regarding part pricing, stock status, master data, and discontinued items.
6. Coordinate with brand headquarters on component-related matters.
7. Collaborate with local brands on statistical topics related to parts.
8. Manage delivery schedules for backorders.
9. Monitor and analyze statistical KPIs, reporting issues and implementing improvements.

1. University degree or equivalent
2. Business experience (recent graduates considered)
3. Experience in luxury brand business or watch industry preferred
4. Technical knowledge of luxury consumer goods such as watches, jewelry, and pens preferred
5. Statistical knowledge and analytical thinking ability
6. Native-level Japanese proficiency
7. Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
8. Intermediate MS Excel skills (ability to use functions like IF, XLOOKUP)
9. Experience with SAP preferred
