Richemont is hiring a Senior Project Manager, MCC Performance in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead cross‑functional performance improvement programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end performance improvement programmes for the MCC domain, establishing governance, timelines, budgets and measurable KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, quality, IT, finance and commercial) to deliver project milestones and sustainable process changes.
  • Design and deploy performance measurement frameworks and dashboards; translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Manage risk, escalate issues appropriately and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery, cost and quality targets.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and sponsors through regular reporting, steering committees and concise executive communications.
  • Drive change management activities and embed continuous improvement practices across sites and partner teams.
  • Oversee third‑party vendors and contractors where required; ensure contractual deliverables meet programme objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management or equivalent; master’s preferred.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
  • Proven expertise in performance improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and influence at senior levels.
