1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in accordance with Richemont brand standards and boutique protocols.
2. Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through face-to-face interaction and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
3. Achieve individual and store sales objectives by identifying client needs and converting opportunities.
4. Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure displays reflect seasonal directives and maison identity.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns with accuracy and discretion.
6. Support inventory management activities including stock reception, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
7. Assist with in-store events and private client appointments, coordinating with the store team to ensure flawless execution.

1. Previous retail experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
3. Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to sales targets.
4. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality.
5. Right to work in the Netherlands.
