1. Deliver a superior, personalised client experience that reflects the maison’s luxury standards and strengthens long-term client relationships (clienteling).
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and appointment management.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and manage client records in the CRM.
4. Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring product displays, windows and stock rooms meet brand visual guidelines.
5. Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Collaborate with colleagues and boutique management to execute launches, events and omnichannel client initiatives.

1. Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in German is strongly preferred; professional working proficiency in English is desirable.
3. Right to work in Germany and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.

Preferably 1–2 years of direct retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clients.
