Richemont Sales Assistant Intern
Richemont is a leading Swiss luxury-goods group comprising prestigious maisons across jewellery, watches, leather goods and writing instruments. - Support the store team in day-to-day client service, including greeting clients, building relationships and assisting with product selection.
- Participate in clienteling activities and maintain client records to support sales follow-up and loyalty initiatives.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s POS system and assist with cash handling procedures.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and window displays to ensure brand guidelines and boutique standards are upheld.
- Assist with stock management: receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts and maintaining back-of-house organisation.
- Support boutique events and private client appointments, including preparation of presentation materials and coordination with the sales team.
- Prepare basic sales reports and assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and ensure compliance with luxury retail service standards.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Luxury Brand Management, Retail, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal presence with polished verbal communication and a client-focused attitude.
- Commercial awareness and a demonstrated interest in luxury goods and brand heritage.
- Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced boutique environment, including occasional weekends.
- Professional demeanour with high standards of personal presentation and discretion.
- Good working knowledge of French is highly desirable; proficiency in English is an advantage.
