Richemont seeks a Sales & Experience Manager in Guadalajara to lead boutique sales, client experience and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead in-market sales strategy and day-to-day boutique operations to maximise revenue, margin and client lifetime value.
  • Develop and coach the boutique team to deliver exceptional, brand-compliant client experiences and consistent service standards.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM programmes to grow VIP relationships, repeat business and subscription to maison services and events.
  • Manage visual merchandising, product presentation and in-store events to uphold maison identity and commercial objectives.
  • Own store KPIs: daily sales, conversion, average transaction value, stock turn and labour productivity; produce regular performance reports for regional leadership.
  • Coordinate inventory control, replenishment and loss-prevention measures in partnership with supply-chain and regional teams.
  • Act as local liaison with maison/brand teams and regional HQ on campaigns, launches, training and compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for sales targets, team leadership and boutique operations.
  • Strong client development skills and experience with CRM-driven luxury clienteling.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate brand standards into retail execution and visual merchandising.
  • Commercial acumen including KPI analysis, forecasting and basic P&L awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to represent a luxury maison to high-net-worth clients and external partners.

Experience
