Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Dubai to deliver exceptional luxury client service in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet client service that reflects the Maison’s standards and cultivates long‑term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and appointment management.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge across collections and communicate provenance, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Manage boutique presentation and merchandising to luxury visual standards; ensure stock integrity and assist with inventory control.
  • Use CRM and point‑of‑sale systems to record client interactions, follow up on leads and track after‑sales activity.
  • Support after‑sales service, repairs and follow‑through to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Adhere to loss‑prevention, compliance and cash‑handling procedures; contribute to a secure and professional boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end boutique sales (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Demonstrable expertise in delivering high‑touch, client‑focused service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with refined presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to attend store‑led training.
  • Legal right to work in the UAE (must be able to work in Dubai without restrictions).
