Richemont Planner
Richemont is a Swiss-based luxury goods group that develops and manages a portfolio of high-end maisons across jewellery, watches, writing instruments and leather goods. - Develop and execute short-, mid- and long-term production and supply plans to meet customer delivery targets and internal service-level KPIs.
- Run and reconcile MRP cycles, manage planned orders and firm scheduled receipts, and maintain optimal inventory levels across finished goods and components.
- Translate sales forecasts and orders into executable production schedules in close collaboration with manufacturing, procurement and quality teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal workshops to secure on-time material availability and to manage lead times and capacity constraints.
- Monitor planning KPIs (OTD, inventory turns, stock accuracy), identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Prepare rolling demand/production forecasts, scenario analyses and capacity simulations to support decision-making and seasonal planning.
- Support launch planning for new models and parts, including bill-of-material validation, routing checks and cross-functional alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline; technical diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
- Proven proficiency in production planning processes (MRP, demand planning) within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical capability, advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic macros) and experience with ERP planning modules.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally and to liaise with external suppliers in a bilingual setting.

Typically 3–5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing or watchmaking environment, with demonstrable responsibility for MRP runs, inventory optimisation and supplier coordination. Prior exposure to high-mix, low-volume production is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or equivalent; technical diploma plus relevant experience acceptable.
