Richemont seeks a Marketing Assistant in Hong Kong (SAR, China) to support regional campaigns, events and digital activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of regional marketing and brand campaigns across retail, digital and social channels.
  • Coordinate local activations and boutique events, handling logistics, vendor liaison and on‑site support.
  • Adapt and produce marketing assets and retail materials in collaboration with regional creative teams and external agencies.
  • Manage marketing calendars, track budgets and process invoices; prepare campaign performance summaries and post‑event reports.
  • Assist with CRM and client communications tasks, including database updates, email campaigns and segment coordination.
  • Prepare client presentations, sales tools and in‑store merchandising briefs to support selling teams.
  • Monitor social channels and support content scheduling in partnership with the digital team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, retail marketing or brand support; luxury goods or fashion experience preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is required, while Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with external agencies, boutique teams and cross‑functional stakeholders; flexible availability for occasional events.
