Richemont LACC / POSM Supply Chain Manager

1. Lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning and execution for LACC and POSM (point‑of‑sale materials), including demand forecasting, production scheduling and inventory optimisation for the Korea market.
2. Manage relationships with external suppliers, production partners and logistics providers to ensure quality, on‑time delivery and cost control for in‑store marketing assets.
3. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — retail operations, visual merchandising, marketing and regional supply‑chain teams — to align activation calendars and replenish store materials.
4. Oversee quality assurance and specification control for POSM production, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with packaging and presentation standards.
5. Develop and monitor KPIs for POSM performance, inventory turns and project budgets; lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and waste.
6. Manage customs, import/export documentation and local compliance requirements related to POSM and promotional assets.
7. Prepare regular management reports and present supply‑chain status, risks and mitigation plans to regional leadership.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS/CSCP) preferred.
2. Demonstrable experience managing POSM, retail activation assets or in‑store merchandising logistics within luxury or premium retail environments.
3. Proven supplier and vendor management skills with negotiation experience and a track record of cost control.
4. Strong analytical ability and experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning and KPI management.
5. Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
6. Fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English is advantageous.

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive supply‑chain or logistics experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on retail activation, POSM or merchandising logistics; experience in the luxury goods sector strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or recognised supply‑chain certification is a plus.
