Richemont HR Assistant — Campus Manager (Work‑study)

- Act as primary liaison with universities, business schools and apprenticeship centres to develop and maintain campus partnerships.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities for work‑study placements and early‑career hires, including job postings, candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
- Manage onboarding and administrative follow‑up for alternants: contracts, documentation, training schedules and integration plans.
- Support employer‑brand initiatives on campus: organise events, presentations, career fairs and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and trainee records in HR databases; prepare regular reporting and KPIs on campus recruitment.
- Facilitate communications between hiring managers, HR partners and academic institutions to ensure alignment on learning objectives and evaluation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of campus recruitment processes and selection tools.
- Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance in all HR administrative tasks.
- Enrolment in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study format required).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and events in parallel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation for campus and school engagements.
- Comfortable working with HR software and producing management reports (proficiency in Excel desirable).
- Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with international HR teams and hiring managers.
- High standards of discretion and professionalism when handling personal and contractual data.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (work‑study/alternance enrolment required).
