1. Design, deploy and operate resilient cloud infrastructure and platform services to support e-commerce and enterprise applications.
2. Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines and release automation for development teams.
3. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management and automated provisioning to ensure repeatable, auditable environments.
4. Monitor system health and performance; define observability strategy and respond to incidents to minimise customer impact.
5. Collaborate with software engineers, security and product teams to integrate platform capabilities and ensure secure deployments.
6. Drive automation to reduce manual toil, implement cost controls and improve operational maturity.
7. Document platform architecture, runbooks and change-control procedures; participate in on-call rotations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven track record of designing and operating production cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Strong scripting/programming skills and familiarity with Linux-based systems.
4. Solid understanding of networking, security best practices and incident response processes.
5. Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally in an international, matrixed environment.
