Richemont Contract Administrative Assistant

- Provide administrative and project support to the Contract Coordination Team.
- Gather and verify contract documents and customer data.
- Manage contract dispatch, signature collection, and digital archiving.
- Ensure data alignment between contracts and customer records.
- Maintain the contractual database and archiving system.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 4 to 6 years’ experience as a para-legal in an international company preferred.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP and/or CLM tools is a plus.
- Structured, autonomous, and hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to maintain a constructive and positive attitude under pressure.
4 to 6 years of experience as a para-legal in an international company is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
