Richemont Commercial Director — Saudi Arabia

- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia to meet sales, margin and market-share objectives across all channels (retail, wholesale, travel retail and e‑commerce).
- Own country P&L; set targets, monitor performance and implement corrective actions to optimise profitability.
- Develop and manage relationships with key wholesale partners, distributors and retail leadership to ensure brand integrity and commercial delivery.
- Lead annual and rolling business planning, budgeting and forecasting in coordination with regional and global partners.
- Drive assortment, pricing, promotional and merchandising strategies tailored to the KSA market and local consumer behaviour.
- Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing commercial team; set KPIs and ensure strong talent pipelines and succession plans.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product, marketing and expansion decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade requirements and company policies; partner with legal and operations on contractual and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising, CRM and digital teams to align go-to-market plans and amplify brand presence.
- Proven track record in a senior commercial or country leadership role within the luxury goods sector, preferably with GCC/KSA experience.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership with a history of delivering revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Strong commercial acumen across retail and wholesale channels, including channel conflict management.
- High-level negotiation skills and experience managing distributor/partner contracts.
- Right to work in Saudi Arabia and readiness to travel within the region as required.
- Fluency in business English; Arabic language skills advantageous (preferred, not mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
