Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and walk-in clients through personalised clienteling and proactive outreach.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and storytelling to convey craftsmanship, provenance and technical detail of watches, jewellery or leather goods.
- Manage the full sales process: client qualification, merchandising presentation, processing transactions, CRM entry and accurate after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock integrity and presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Represent the maison at client events, private appointments and trunk shows, coordinating with boutique management and regional client teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues and headquarters teams to share client intelligence, support client reporting and participate in training to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achievement in luxury retail or high-end hospitality with measurable sales results.
- Impeccable professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for servicing discerning clientele.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities and the ability to craft personalised client experiences.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Right to work in the United States.
