1. Deliver personalised, relationship-driven service to a high-net-worth clientele, cultivating long-term loyalty and repeat business.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and tailored product recommendations.
3. Manage a personal client portfolio, maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on enquiries, orders and after‑sales service.
4. Execute premium merchandising standards, maintain product presentation and ensure boutique visual integrity at all times.
5. Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure compliance with cash and inventory procedures.
6. Support in‑store events, private appointments and trunk shows to maximise client engagement and brand visibility.
7. Collaborate with the store team and regional stakeholders to share market intelligence, pipeline opportunities and best practices.

1. Proven retail sales experience within the luxury or premium fashion/watch/jewellery sector (preferred 1–3 years).
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural aptitude for relationship building.
3. Commercially minded, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
4. Professional presentation, discretion and understanding of high‑end client expectations.
5. Familiarity with CRM and POS systems; basic numeracy and cash handling competence.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
