1. Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
3. Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant maisons and communicate provenance, materials and technical details with authority.
4. Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand directives.
5. Manage client records and follow-ups using CRM; coordinate appointments and invitations for private viewings or events.
6. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle after-sales requests including basic servicing liaison.
7. Support boutique operations including stock management, replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
2. Proven ability to sell consultatively and manage a discerning clientele.
3. Numerical literacy and attention to transactional detail.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality; prior exposure to high-value product categories (watches, fine jewellery or leather goods) and use of CRM/POS systems is highly desirable.

Secondary education required; a diploma or degree in retail, luxury brand management, fashion or business is advantageous.
