1. Lead daily boutique operations to achieve sales targets and profitability, including P&L oversight and cash handling controls.
2. Develop and maintain deep client relationships through proactive clienteling, VIP service and after‑sales care to maximise lifetime value.
3. Recruit, train and coach a high-performing team; manage schedules, performance reviews and succession planning.
4. Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising and store standards to ensure a consistent maison presentation and window concept execution.
5. Manage inventory and stock control processes, coordinate replenishment, and minimise shrinkage through robust loss-prevention measures.
6. Analyse sales performance and KPIs; prepare regular reports and translate data into actionable commercial plans.
7. Drive local marketing, events and client outreach in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation and luxury retail best practices, including health & safety and GDPR where applicable.

1. Proven leadership capability with the ability to recruit, develop and retain talent in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing sales targets and basic P&L responsibility.
3. Excellent interpersonal and client‑service skills with a focus on high‑touch, personalized service.
4. Organisational maturity to manage operations, inventory and administrative processes with attention to detail.
5. Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling in‑store presentation and customer experiences.
6. Cultural sensitivity and discretion appropriate to serving an international, high‑net‑worth clientele.
