Richemont Accountant

1. Maintain the general ledger and lead month-end and year-end closing activities for the Seoul entity or regional cluster.
2. Prepare accurate financial statements, variance analysis and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
3. Perform account reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and balance-sheet reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy.
4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as required; oversee invoicing, collections and vendor reconciliations.
5. Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and VAT reporting requirements; support local tax filings and filings preparedness.
6. Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules, documentation and responding to auditor queries.
7. Implement and monitor internal controls; propose process improvements to strengthen financial governance and efficiency.
8. Collaborate with regional finance, treasury and operational stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc financial requests.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related discipline.
2. Professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS experience desirable).
4. Demonstrable experience with month‑end close, reconciliations and statutory reporting.
5. High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.

Typically 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a multinational or consumer luxury environment, including hands-on responsibility for month-end close, reconciliations and statutory reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
